The only difference is that a nontechnical person will work in departments such as service adviser, warrantee clerk. In contrast, a technical person will work in technical areas such as mechanical.

Where does the training take place?

If you have your own boardroom we will use that or alternatively it can be done at a conference centre.
A professional trainer will be sent to the location to teach the course and a test will be written at the end of the course to ensure that the course has in fact been taught.
The course takes four hours to complete, so you won’t lose an astronomical amount of hours.
We will also provide your company with a Certificate of Completion once you have completed the course.
